History

OPUS Core and Interactive Systems and Management Corporation (ISM) merged in January 2005-06 to form OPUS-ISM. With similar technologies and management philosophies, both companies believe that by merging they have reached a scale that allows them to provide better technology and service to their client base than either could alone.

OPUS Core was founded in 1981. ISM was founded in 1976.
