Hardware Support and Maintenance
We understand that many of our clients lack the the technical knowledge, or the time,, to administer their systems.  In addition to software maintenance that comes standard with all OPUS-ISM products, we also offer extended hardware and peripheral systems support and maintenance programs. These programs include both phone support by highly qualified technical staff as well as on-site maintenance and support as required.

Drug Database Subscription Services

Automated Drug Database Updates
This services gives you automated updates of AWP price files, the Medi-Span Drug-to-Drug interaction database, and the Medi-Span DUR database.  The AWP price files are updated weekly.  The Medi-Span databases are updated quarterly.

Nutrilink Drug-to-Supplement Interaction
Like the Drug-to-Drug Interaction database, Nutrilink provides you and your customers with information about interactions between drugs and supplements as well as related information about nutritional depletions that drugs may cause. As an added benefit, Nutrilink also helps increase supplement sales by recommending supplements that may be beneficial to the customer.
